I've been working my arse off this past week. I've been doing very well in regards of exercise, going to the gym every other day. I could do better with the eating though. My weight has gone up 1kg (2.2 lbs) since my last weigh in. I'm hesitant to pick out a cause though. I've been drinking huge amounts of water. In fact I'm very proud of how much water I'm drinking these days. Also I'm at a point in my monthly cycle in which my weight usually goes up a bit. On the other hand I could eat healthier. I have been able to cut out soda, and only drink one glass of juice with breakfast. The most important thing though is that I'm working out and feeling good about it. I do have some doubts about meating my short term weight goal by the end of the month...
I'm participating in the 100pounds2lose challenge though, and I've decided I'll adjust my goals to that.
My challenge goal is to work out 24 hrs, which will include at least 7 hrs of RPM and 7 hrs of Bodypump.
Cutting the goal in half my new goal from now until the end of the month is 12 hrs of excersise.
My reward for reaching my goal by the end of the month is buying myself Civelization 4.
My reward for the challenge goal is yet to be decided.
